I explain what the different parameters are of setting a cookie and why and when you should change the different settings..
You will need to change some settings on your hosts file if you are running apache as Localhost as cookies do not function 100% without these changes

When you start to learn MySQL you can find rather in investing in expensive literature, you can find all of the code you need within MySQL.com, just like PHP.net it is a must to keep up with the newest and best methods to program your databases.
Useful Books
I have searched in many books stores in the beginning for well planned out and informative books that can walk and talk you through the ups and downs of learning PHP/MySQL, then I came by Sams Teach Yourself.
These books come with a CD with examples of lessons within the book, not to mention the lessons are very well described and walk you through at the correct speed required.
If there is any new language that I am required to learn, I will always buy Sams Books first for a good reference guide.
I will be reviewing 2 pieces of Software or Websites every month that are useful to all for new web designers to grasp the reins and start to become a fully fledged scripter.

IE Toolbar is useful to use, with the many problems that IE gives us today it is a tool that we cannot do with out. Although I would like to see it become a little bit more user friendly. My overall review is that it is good but could be better.
